On-line Carnival Registration


Instructions:

Please submit your on-line registration using the following form. Please note that all fields are mandatory – if a particular field is not applicable to your team please type (n/a). Once you submit your nomination form it will be e-mailed to the carnival coordinator for registration purposes. Once your nomination has been received, the carnival coordinator will e-mail you to advise if your nomination has been accepted (subject to payment). You will then have seven (7) working days to either forward a cheque/money order or complete an electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you have nominated EFT as your preferred payment method – our account details will be provided in your confirmation e-mail.
