2011 SEASON STRUCTURE

Why come to Loganholme:

Over the last six years the Club has seen double digit consecutive annual growth in its player numbers and has started to retain players with a view to playing senior football at the club.  In 2010 the Club consolidated previous growth to maintain unprecedented levels; both in terms of player membership and performance on the field.

We achieved record sign on numbers with 847 registered players; including Premier Division 2 and premier Youth for the first time.  We have one of the largest senior programs in the entire Football Brisbane zone with 4 mens, a women’s team, 3 youth teams and 2 commercial teams.  Add to this we saw the club field 20 divisional sides (including 4 girls teams) and achieve BJL in every age-group.

2010 saw great success on the pitch in terms of team performance.  The Club won 5 premierships; had 14 teams make the finals; 8 teams in grand-finals with 4 grand-final victories.  Our Premier 2 men’s team finished a very respectable 4th in their first year with our Premier 2 reserves making the grand-final after 17 games undefeated.  In addition, we had one winner (U16), and runners-up (U15) and three other teams in finals at the prestigious international soccer tournament, the Gold Coast Champions Youth Cup.

Loganholme has great facilities; including well maintained fields, excellent canteen and bar facilities and brand new change room facilities which were delivered in the 2010 season.
