Loganholme:
Over
the last six years the Club has seen double digit consecutive annual growth in
its player numbers and has started to retain players with a view to playing
senior football at the club.
In
2009 the Club consolidated previous growth to maintain unprecedented levels;
both in terms of player membership and performance on the field. We again achieved record sign on numbers
with 820+ registered players; including three teams in the Brisbane men’s
competition; and a senior women’s team and three girl’s teams.
2009 saw great success on the pitch in
terms of team performance. The Club
won six premierships; had 17 out of 26 competition teams make the finals; 5
teams in grand-finals with three grand-final victories. In addition, we had one winner and four
teams in finals at the prestigious international soccer tournament, the Gold
Coast Champions Youth Cup.
Loganholme have great facilities; including
well maintained fields, excellent canteen and bar facilities and a new
changeroom project due for completion by the start of the 2010 season.
